Mindset
Tip: In getting a job overseas you need to make sure you are mentally prepared for the harsh living conditions and environment. Many fail and are not successful in completing their one year contract because they expect to live as they live in the US. When I 1st started off, I was living in a 8 man tent. We had a nice little set up. Once we became friends with the Carpenters we had them to build us wooden dividers and door entrance ways into our little living cubicle. I had a TV, AFN and internet. It wasn’t the best but I had all the things I needed to survive.
